Dr. Hossein Sadeghi is an Associate Professor in Pediatrics at Columbia University and the director of its CFF-accredited Pediatric Care Center. He received a B.S. with distinction in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and M.D. equivalent degree from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. His postgraduate medical training was in pediatrics at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia and in pediatric pulmonology at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He is board certified in sleep medicine, pediatric pulmonology and pediatrics.
Dr. Sadeghi has served on numerous advisory and review panels including the editorial board of the International Pediatric Pulmonology Network subcommittee of the American Thoracic Society and the protocol review committee of Therapeutic and Development Network. Dr. Sadeghi has an abiding passion for children and young adults with Cystic Fibrosis and a commitment to global health, health disparity, discovery and innovation.
